Andrew is so thorough and thoughtful. He follows up on loose ends, with inspections and financing that others fail to. He is a FANTASTIC communicator to ensure the deal stays on track. He advocates strongly for his clients in home warranties, negotiations, etc. Also he is honest and transparent with his opinions and decisions.
I recently had to fire my (former) realtor for bad business practices and luckily for me - I was able to run into Andrew! Personable, driven, accountable and great communication. He was able to find a property not yet on the market and I was moved in within 72 hours.
