I HIGHLY recommend Coldwell Banker Advantage, and even more specifically Marianne Fox. I was having the toughest time finding something affordable, being a single lady, it's insanely tough in this area! Marianne went ABOVE and BEYOND to get me into the rental I was eyeballing for weeks. I have bought and sold a few houses and without a doubt Victoria Adkins has been the most outstanding realtor I have ever worked with. She is on top of everything and is great at anticipating what needs to be done. Her communication skills are phenomenal. My husband and I always felt we knew what was going on and Victoria was always so gracious to answer any questions we had. I cannot say enough about how awesome Victoria is and anyone would be lucky to have her as their realtor.
