Be cautious before touring a rental property with this company. I was asked to sign an exclusive 30-day representation contract just to view a rental, which would have legally obligated me to use only their agent — and possibly pay a commission — even if I found a place on my own. The document also included language allowing them to share and use my personal information for marketing.

I’m working with Ashley Bonilla She is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with! She always jumped to the chance to show me any house or houses I wanted to see no matter the schedule. I love how committed she is to helping me, in every aspect of home buying. She gave me some great tips when buying and looking at houses and made sure I were aware of anything that may be a problem. I cannot say enough good about her! 100% recommend her to anyone. I definitely plan on using her in the future.
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. We worked with Diana Galvin and while it started off wonderfully as she positioned herself as a local and a mom (i.e. trustworthy) it did turn sour at quite an important time. She ill-advised me to put a home under contract sight-unseen and told me it was move-in ready. It WAS in a great neighborhood but had known structural issues, roofing issues, electrical issues, systems issues, water damage, mold, etc. None of this was ever disclosed.
