I did not get through.
Great experience with Cindy and Mike and the rest of the team.
After corresponding with Mike, paying the application fee and exercising optimism towards renting, I was told everything was good and he would reach out once a listing popped up matching my rental criteria request. This was a month ago and haven't received any communications since. To make matters worse, the unit I initially inquired about was listed a week ago and STILL haven't received any correspondence back. Poor customer service to say the least.
Do not rent or buy from them. Zero stars
