I thought long and hard before writing this review. I’m not one to say nasty things but my experience with a lady over the phone named Teresa or Teresia, not 100% sure but she was either the manager or runs the place. She was extremely rude and she had an attitude that made her act like she was better than. Maybe she was just having a bad day but either or I would never work with someone who seem so cold.

I contacted Debra to sell my home in Covington, LA and I choose her for her years of experience. I was sadly disappointed with the results that I recived. Although she was very nice we discovered that after 2 months of placing our house on the market we had only a broker showing and one interested buyer for our home, and the interested buyer was unable to qualify for our home which seems to be a total suprise to her, the realtor. If a man named "MAC" is your property manager for your rental.. good luck getting anything fixed prior to move in. Mac will ignore your calls and laugh in your face when you tell him your sink is leaking, there are mouse holes, and ill-fitted window treatments. They won't clean the units prior to move-in as promised or do anything to help you. He talked to me like I was dumb, now he avoids my calls. Invest in wall hole kits, bug spray, and a good plumber. Very disappointed for the list price.
