Going back over my emails when I was represented by this office on my first real estate deal, most of my questions went unanswered. I also was left with multiple damage to my property, that the Seller was not demanded to fix. I am out of $100s of $1,000s when the inspection was done it was not thoroughly looked over, and my questions on my roofing issues which has holes in it and my garage is going to cost me. I just purchased a new studio in Lisle, Illinois through Ann's assistance. We had a 2 week closing and she helped me through the process very thoroughly and quickly. She readily has a list of people to contact through the process, which made the experience very easy. When we were looking at condos, she made availability either the same day or next day to see places. She also sends really good suggestions for places to look at over email.
