I was recommended this place by a few friends and I totally understand why. I had such an incredibly relaxing, luxurious experience and Caitlin was so knowledgeable and kind. I felt very listened to, I learned things about my skin that I didn’t know, and I felt that the products used were of very high quality and tailored to my skin’s needs. It’s also a beautiful and serene space. I can’t wait to go back!
I’ve had now two facials at Coldwater to prepare for my wedding, and I can’t recommend them enough. Both aestheticians were so kind, walked me through what they were doing, and thoughtfully listened to my goals. While products were recommended, there was no pressure to purchase them at all. I purchased the serum and moisturizer they recommended and my skin has never looked better. Thank you so much I’m so grateful ❤️
Lauren was amazing during my spray tan. I felt so comfortable and she gave great instructions. My tan was so even and people keep asking if I have just gotten back from holiday! The colour she recommended was perfect. The space is beautifully designed and it really felt like a treat for myself. Will definitely be back.
Lovely first experience getting a massage from Montana. She is welcoming, calm, relaxing and informative! Highly recommend.
