I've had facials with Caitlin in the past at another spa and was delighted to find her at Coldwater! While her skills and knowledge were always impressive, I can tell how much she's honed and deepened her craft here. It's clear that lots of results driven education and training has gone into each part of the Coldwater process, while still offering a very relaxing environment. I'm very pleased with the results after just one treatment and look forward to returning!

I had a consultation and facial with Caitlyn over a month ago. I've been dealing with what I thought were whiteheads which has really been depleting my confidence, and my sister recommended this place (she sees Isabelle) so even though the appointment was around $200 I figured I'd give it a try. I was recommended this place by a few friends and I totally understand why. I had such an incredibly relaxing, luxurious experience and Caitlin was so knowledgeable and kind. I felt very listened to, I learned things about my skin that I didn’t know, and I felt that the products used were of very high quality and tailored to my skin’s needs. It’s also a beautiful and serene space. I can’t wait to go back!
