I booked 2 pedi appointments for my gf and myself and were able to get in within 2 days (slow season start of the year). CCS can be very busy so we were happy to get in so quickly. Let me start off by saying the front desk girl needs more training (maybe she's new?). She should be instilling confidence as she is the first person you meet when walking into a place that is about being professional with high priced services (for the owner if she/he reads reviews). Not worth it. Worst Massage – Just had a deep tissue massage for my birthday. I told to arrive early 15 min for a complimentary foot soak before my service so when I arrived, I was asked to fill out paperwork then once in my robe ready for the my foot soak I sat down for at least 10 min for an employee to come out with the foot soak with not warm water and a heat wrap which was not warm. Horrible – I came in for a massage which was barely ok except for the cost. The blond manager was absolutely horrible and made a bad experience a horrible experience.

horrible wax job – I went in for a leg and bikini wax. The girl seemed in experienced and rushed. She only waxed three strips from my bikini line (uneven and ineffective). When she waxed my legs, she only waxed half of the hair, leaving me looking like a zebra (I literally had stripes of hair/skin). The best part? She flicked a giant glob of wax, from my leg, into my hair on my head. TWICE! I had an event to go to that evening and ended up shaving my legs in their shower with their complementary shampoo and disposable razor.... read more

See Lindsey for Massage! – So I gave this place a 5 star review bc I was so impressed by the atmosphere and service. This place is definately worth the money. Its really not that expensive. I noticed someone said something about 100 being too much. That's actually pretty reasonable considering the upscale environment they provide. My massage was great! Lindsey is very professional and extrememly skilled. Thank you Coldwater. I will be coming back on a regular basis.

Fabulous Pedicure – The 80 minute Ultimate Pedicure is by far the best nail treatment that I have had. The services was made more enjoyable with their zero gravity chairs, blankets, neck and eye pillows and the tranquil atmosphere. I felt spoiled by my 'nail specialist' and will be going back for more pampering! The price is a bit more than other area spas, but the comfort and extra amenities made it worth every penny!

Save your money! – I get about 10 massages a year, and perhaps I have high expectations, but this massage was sub par - in just about every aspect. And it was over $100 - ! Simply NOT WORTH IT!
