I can't thank Coldesi enough for all the support they've given our company. We purchased our DTG and Embroidery machine from them and they have been with us every step up the way. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I purchased a multi-needle commercial embroidery machine back in 2016 and the process went flawless. They were quick to answer my many questions, and since that time their support has been nothing but awesome. I appreciate that they respond promptly to any machine issues or software issues that I may experience. I haven't had any problem with the machine whatsoever, ( except user error). I fully recommend Coldesi for your custom apparel equipment needs.

i cant operate this i was told that i can print whatever i want i did not know i had to add dots lines etc this is too complicated

Sean provided me with the videos and pictures for exactly the repair job that I needed to perform. Even when I reassembled things incorrectly, I received a quick response and a couple of troubleshooting task that help me get things put back together. Thanks Sean!!!

Our experience with the ColDesi team was excellent from the beginning! Our embroidery machine is on it's way and we are so excited that after much research, we chose this company to work with. Tristan Lang was our sales consultant and she was amazing. She was always so friendly and helpful and above all, prompt to answer all my questions, via email or phone. Coldesi has been nothing but a scam since we bought our machines from them.... The customer service seems to know nothing that they are talking about and when you ask to speak to a higher up the individual that i spoke with also gave me the attitude instead of fixing the issue which is not a way that you are suppose to handle a concerned customer. My company is small but i really think that it is a scammer company every time you call they send you videos instead of walking you step by step. You also never get the same answer... read more

WOW, what a great experience from Erica, Iris/sales rep, Allen/trainer, Mark S./market. guru & Katrina separate finance co. I live locally & came in for a demo of a sm machine, everyone was super nice & knowledgeable & I ended up getting the big machine I wanted, thinking originally I couldn't ever afford it. This was completely my decision, no one ever gave me a sales pitch, pressured or rushed me. Very happy & confident in my success since they have my back, do not shop anywhere else. Thanks.
