I have had my Advance over 6 years and from the day I ordered my machine up to the present the support has always been great. This is why I will stay with ColDesi and I like the machine. The support is fast and they will make sure that your question is answered. I live on the west cost, so a lot is by email but there has been times, because I don't know the correct names of the parts or I'm not describing it right, we have to talked on the phone. Bryan Hall and his team resurrected a printer that we had gotten from another vendor who subsequently went out of business. Bryan handled everything in a most professional mannor. The repair of our machine was handled promptly, they communicated progress along the way and got the job done quickly. I highly reccomend these folks!

would give them a no star if possible, its phone tag with these people. emails? forget about it. We purchased machine in NJ but when we had problems they said they had to send in a tech FROM TAMPA FL. and to top it all off? we were to pay for his trip at the cost of around 2k. get real Coldesi.

My experience with Coldesi has been the worst service that I’ve ever received from a company. I have never felt compelled to write an one star review before in my life, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable with myself if I didn’t write a review after this experience. I purchased a refurbished DTG Viper 1 from Coldesi less than a year ago. The machine arrived with parts missing from the refurbishing process and we were forced to install them ourselves. I bought a refurbished machine from Coldesi back in Nov of 2016. Once I received the machine there were constant issues that made the machine a nightmare. From day one this machine was nothing but trouble. From turning the machine on, which could take up to two hours to do all the power cleanings and cycles, to production the machine was a total disappointment. We have purchased 3 embroidery machines from this company- so clearly we like them since we have kept ordering. The machines are good for the most part However we recently spend another $11,500 on a third embroidery machine. It has been sitting for a month not working. A tech finally came and 20 minutes after he left the same problem started up again. We are a small business and these machines are a big investment for us.
