A year ago I had a problem with our embroidery machine, their support was very helpful, Where having problems with the machine again, waiting for help from Coldesi, hope they can assist, as they did the first time, I work for a overseas USAF base, so it’s very hard to find someone to fix the machine
Great Company and Support!
Very unhappy on the customer support of their new and Improved ezpeel paper. Customer returned items made from this paper and they coldesi won’t allow me to return it. The paper I used before it was improved was perfect in every way! Never an issue, now I’m stuck with $400 worth of paper I can’t use.
Every interaction I have with ColDesi support and sales is amazing. They have the patience, knowledge, tools and communication skills to make it easy for me to learn, follow and apply. I have had my Advance over 6 years and from the day I ordered my machine up to the present the support has always been great. This is why I will stay with ColDesi and I like the machine. The support is fast and they will make sure that your question is answered. I live on the west cost, so a lot is by email but there has been times, because I don't know the correct names of the parts or I'm not describing it right, we have to talked on the phone.
