Called to make an appointment, and they failed to tell us the household can't consist of full time students to qualify for under market price (90% of their units). Made the drive down for nothing. Also the man I talked to spoke so fast I had to speak over him to actually ask questions. Maybe if he actually allowed the potential tenant to speak we would have found out the full time student deal before wasting gas to get there only to be told that there weren't any units available on market price (which we didn't want anyway).
