Office personnel are great
There are so many reasons I love living here: the views, location, friendliness and care of office staff and maintenance, security, and amenities! I would give five stars if it weren't for the poor water pressure and the fact that I can hear my neighbors on both sides.
The worst staff I’ve ever worked with! Cussed at us, yelled at us and took us a month to try and apply because the staff failed to return messages, open emails and would lie about being in the office. Corporate tolerates this behavior and said it didn’t matter how we were treated because we finally gave up and went somewhere else.
Love the people who live here! Everyone is kind and down to earth. I also love dogs and there are so many that live in the Lofts! It makes me to happy
