Needs a better manager! Ice cream is good but very poor service. Second time we waited over 40 minutes as only one person helped a long line of customers while the other staff cleaned and took boxes to the dumpster. The staffed looked unhappy to be there or have customers. Needs a big improvement on who manages this store on getting the customers served first.
Ordered for pick-up, showed up 15 minutes after the projected time (30 minutes total since ordering) and stood at the online pickup spot. After 5 minutes of standing there and never even being acknowledged I was asked to move so they could ring someone up. I asked about my pick-up and was told they haven't started it yet and then I heard him tell another customer they were out of the ice cream that was in my order. While the ice cream is good the service and cleanliness was horrible. Milk jug sitting out on its side along with other syrups leaking on the counter. Mixing were spilled everywhere. None of the employees wore gloves when handling food along with not even washing there hands. Overall just miserable.
I had never ordered an ice cream cake from here before, but this was all my husband asked for for his birthday. I ordered it for 12 and it wasn’t ready until after 12:30. They were out of raspberries (for a raspberry cheesecake cake) so I told them they could use strawberries. These weren’t that big of a deal, I get the employees have little control over inventory and a young guy was working by himself for the delay.
