The store is absolutely filthy dirty, the windows the ice cream case, the floors they should shut this place down for 2 days for cleaning.
Ordered ahead and waited in the store almost an hour after the pickup time before I got what I had ordered :/
None of the employees were wearing uniforms. Or aprons. One was wearing a hoodie and sweatpants. They were out of 2 flavors that I was going to order. A small ice cream is now almost $8. The store was very hot, and the glass was not clean. The workers looked unhappy to be there and were not very friendly. I would not come back to coldstone after this experience.
Very disappointed, The staff were miserable, no uniforms, one didn’t even have an apron. They were out of cones at 5pm! Every surface of glass was horrifically dirty, the bathroom was not kept. The towel machine was broken and one of the registers was broken. Absolutely disappointing to say the least.
Still Hot inside. No one should walk into an ice cream shop and sweat. Especially after talking to the owner and they said they would correct it. Super easy fix.
