Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location this evening while visiting the area. I completely understand that it was about 40 minutes before closing, but I also wasn’t walking in 5 or 10 minutes before close expecting a complicated order. Thank you so much for going above and beyond and bringing my husband’s wallet back to our home. We were so surprised and truly grateful that you took the time to make the 25-minute drive, especially at night. His wallet contained very important documents, so your kindness and honesty meant more to us than you know. Don’t waste your time going to this location. I’ve been three times and every time I’ve gone, there is a problem. Definitely do not do mobile order. It will say that the order has been accepted. It will charge your card and then when you go in, they won’t have any record of the order.

Total waste of $24. The display case was having electric issues so no ice cream was out. No big deal we thought. They just keep it in other freezers. Then they hand us our three melted cups of ice cream so I guess that means all of their freezers are broken. I thought, well this sucks, but it probably tastes the same. Boy was I wrong. It was gross and the stale waffle cone made the purchase even worse. We won’t be back.
