I ordered a small $8.00 chocolate chip shake. I got a runny cup of milk. I left a $2 tip. I don’t mind paying for top quality products but that was not the case at this location. I will not be returning to this location. !

When I arrived to pick up my order, one of the employees stated that their coworker had to go to Publix to pick up one of the ingredients. I waited over 20 minutes for him to get back, all to then hear they didn’t have a can opener to open the specific ingredient. Additionally, they messed up the second order by not including all the toppings, and giving the wrong waffle cone. This place used to be great, but that is no longer the case, unfortunately.
Every time I have ordered online at the murabella location it’s never ready when I arrive. Which I wait around 20-30 min to pick up. And this time they do not have the ingredients so I’m waiting now 15-20 min to get my order today, so a total of 50-an hour for my order to be ready. Always comes out good but the service time is not impressive at all.
Very friendly staff, but I didn't get get half of the mix-ins that I was supposed to get in my signature ice cream. The signature ice cream was described as having a bunch of mix-ins, but I received one.
