Very friendly staff, but I didn't get get half of the mix-ins that I was supposed to get in my signature ice cream. The signature ice cream was described as having a bunch of mix-ins, but I received one.
I’ve enjoyed icecream at Cold Stone at this location probably over 75 times the past 5 years. This evening I walked in to make a purchase with my wife and daughter. The employees had the bathroom blocked off, even though it is accessible from the dining room. My wife asked the employee if she could use the bathroom. His response: “Our bathroom is for employees only.” I was surprised by the response. Unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

First time in a Cold Stone. This jersey girl loves it !!! Big shout out to Gavin in St Augustine branch for recommending the best combo!
Me and my daughter stopped in to get ice cream. You can definitely tell it’s under new ownership and the owners care about their establishment. The place was extremely clean and after sitting down the owners introduced themselves. Great people ! We we’ll absolutely be visiting this location again!
