Never coming here gain worse cold stone location I’ve been to rather go to the one in greenfield. If I can shut down the store I would do it
We order delivery from this location sometimes and they've screwed up our order three times now. I tried calling immediately after delivery and all four of my calls were left unanswered and ignored. We paid for extra mix-ins but received a bowl of ice cream with no mix-ins at all. Wish I could get ahold of a manager or the owner of this location.
Greetings I just left Cold Stone on 108th. 1st I stood in the store saying HELLO at the top of my lungs for a good minute before someone came out. I asked for a Gotta Have It with Oreos and Marshmallows. He put one cookie on it, I asked could I get 2 more. I ordered a Like size of Sorbet. I was charged $1.29 per cookie, and my like was not full. Bad service from the floppy haired young man!🧐🤨
Love it here. Workers are always super nice and helpful. If i could change anything, I'd add more light. But not much they can do with dark red walls
