I used to LOVE Cold Stone, it was honestly one of my favorite ice cream spots. But the staff has completely ruined it for me. They always look annoyed, make faces like they don’t want to work, and it’s uncomfortable when even friendly customers try to be nice but get cold, unfriendly looks in return. The service is just as bad. I once ordered a LARGE (gotta have it) and was given what looked like just two small scoops of ice cream. I got the cookie dough ice cream and it was very doughy and I swear it tasted like there was protein powder in it. I didn’t like the taste or the consistency. Also the lock on the women’s bathroom still doesn’t work. The price wasn’t bad but I know a lot of other places are cheaper.
I went here to get the nutter butter creation in a waffle bowl. I ordered just that and the lady proceeded to put it in a cone I said I wanted the waffle bowl so she puts it in a paper cup doesn't add the butter butter cookies or fudge idk what I got to be honest .better training needed here
2 workers. Barely anyone in store. The young girl and guy were talking to each other constantly. The guy walks up and looks at us. Doesn't say anything. So I asked if he was ready. He shook his head. While making my wifes he and the girl were talking again about the annoying door dash orders. He stopped multiple times to chat. Then went to the register.
