Poorly managed, meaning there is never a manager there, just young girls who either have no training or will do satisfy customers by getting their orders correct. Really, don’t waste your time here unless you really love wasting money on bad ice cream. Just go to the new Culver’s and at least they will have more then one person working.

Wow I'm standing here after preordering a cake on March 13 and they have no cake March.17 and don't have a clue where my cake is. I filled out paperwork and gave them my address phone number and everything. I showed up on time and waited in line while the one and only employee waited on other customers. After waiting 10 minutes I'm now walking away empty handed. So glad I kept my receipt because they just refunded me all my money. Thanks for ruining my husband birthday. I'm angry for wasting my money and time.
Slowest one I've been to. Also got my order wrong, even though they repeated it back to me.
Just got the new lucky charms milkshake and Ava was the absolute best and sweetest!! it was my first time at this location and she was able to help me out and was super nice 🩷
