I stopped to pick up an ice cream cake on my way home, it was my daughters birthday the following day. The young woman behind the counter appeared to be quite new, she called for a young man in the back to come help me. He was in a rush and couldn't be bothered. He gave me the wrong flavor cake. Unbeknownst to me, we had a big family dinner/party and I brought out that cake. It was the wrong flavor, not many people liked it and the birthday girl was in tears. Very disappointing.
Great, fast service
All our ice cream tasted like coconut not chocolate, vanilla, or mint just coconut! The cookies in my ice cream tasted like salt. They could not figure out how to use a gift card for Cold Stone Creamery, so now I have a gift card that I will not use because the ice cream tasted SO bad. Very disappointed at the price and product.
Had a long drive and stopped in here with my kids on August 27th around 7:00pm. There were two girls working. Didn’t get their names but what wonderful people and fantastic service. Incredibly sweet. Great ice cream. Thank you!!!!!!!
