hello. I like quality of your product. Very often go and buy ice cream . But only stop me from buying one thing . Why your employees never ever use gloves. I feel very uncomfortable to eat milk food, when person with very long nails contact with food. I believe , just in Cold Stone in Millcreek area they can work with no gloves on. thank you

I stopped to pick up an ice cream cake on my way home, it was my daughters birthday the following day. The young woman behind the counter appeared to be quite new, she called for a young man in the back to come help me. He was in a rush and couldn't be bothered. He gave me the wrong flavor cake. Unbeknownst to me, we had a big family dinner/party and I brought out that cake. It was the wrong flavor, not many people liked it and the birthday girl was in tears. Very disappointing.
