The manager working this store was very rude, she thought I was frustrated because I had to wait but it was not that. How she was treating me and talking to me was very rude. I asked her if she was having a bad day because of her attitude towards me… DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE RUDE AND HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE!!! Kindness matters !!!
Did an online order the last two times, the first time the forgot to add brownie this last time the ice cream wasn’t mixed well, I ordered bday cake remix and there was no brownie in it. Just a bunch of teenagers who don’t care about quality of product working there while the have headphones in, crazy.
The ice cream is good if you can get past the service. The service is like nails on chalkboard because when you order you will cringe. I say this because they make it obvious that they do not want to help you, they dont want to be there working nor be nice to anyone and they definitely dont want to be professional. The usuals there are a guy, a girl in a pony tail and some other girl. The service doesnt increase with the next one. In fact it decreases.
Just finished getting my ice cream by a young girl with blonde highlights was very unpleasent because i corrected her for my order i think she didnt understand what i meant and rolled her eyes at me and gave me a ugky smirk very unprofessional and unsatisfied, overall the ice cream is great here.
