Got told by these two on their phones in the picture that they don’t accept orders for one ice cream 5 minutes before close because they have to much to do…… Apparently their manager has instructed them to sit their and text instead of make sales…..
Horrible store, staff are rude and disrespectful they take 15mins to take your order even if your the only one in the store
Came there is afternoon, shoot in line, the staff acted like me and my wife were invisible and served the people behind us. Bunch of racist unprofessional horrible staff. DONT COME HERE
Me and my girlfriend and my brother and his girlfriend went to this location because we were craving some desert after dinner and wanted some ice cream on Monday August 24th at 9:30pm. When we walked in to order we noticed the employees seemed grumpy that we walked in at the last minute and was just being agitated while taking our order kept telling us to hold on because he can't take all our orders at once.
