Headed to Coldstone to enjoy some birthday ice cream with my nephew. His birthday was the day before so I thought it would be fun for us to enjoy a sweet treat together to celebrate our birthdays. Great ice cream, atmosphere, and employees!
Ordered a cake, but was not even started by the time a scheduled to pick it up. I was not called to let me know that it wasn't ready nor was I given a reason it wasn't done.
