Great ice cream, atmosphere, and employees!
Ordered a cake, but was not even started by the time a scheduled to pick it up. I was not called to let me know that it wasn't ready nor was I given a reason it wasn't done.
On New Year’s Day we came in, I asked for cake batter with Reese’s, got butterfinger instead - all good, I’ll eat it because the guy working already seemed behind. My husband ordered a milkshake. Employee stopped helping us in the middle of our order to help another person waiting…after he already scooped the ice cream for the milkshake so it’s just chilling in the blender. Ordered a Carmel cone. They don't have Carmel. So we left it up to the clerk. Got Oregon cookie dough with caramel sauce. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! WHAT IN TBE HECK?! NOT GOING BACK!
4 of the 5 flavors I tasted were freezer burned. I got the chocolate on a waffle cone. The cone was so hard it was, literally, like trying to bite into pea gravel. Got another to replace it and it was also hard.. ended up throwing it out. :(
