Visited 08/20/2026 for a treat after lunch. Service and ice cream were really good. I inadvertently left my wallet on the counter after paying and just left. I called them about 45 minutes later to ask if they had it and they said yes, please come and get it. My wife and I go there about 6 times a year and no complaints. I will go back as always but more inclined after a very honest encounter.

Such a great time here at Apple Valley, Cold Stone. We were welcomed with a cool breeze and warm smiles. My friend struggled with the technology in their transaction, but was assisted with patient and helpful assistance. No time here is wasted, everyone deserves a cold stone like this. Cheers!
Excellent taste !
Ordered a $8 cup and had one reasses piece in it and very little peanut butter. Very very skimpy. Not worth it!
