Did yall fix the rodent infestation that you got closed down for?
Ordered for pick up, was not advised that my flavor of choice was unavailable and was given a flavor at random. Was given no heads up to choose an alternative or cancel the order. Called to try to come to some resolution but was rudely dismissed by employee. Beware when ordering online, best to go in person to know exactly what you’re getting.
If you have an important celebratory cake order, do not place it here. I saw previous reviews warning about this and foolishly assumed my experience would be different. I placed a custom cake order online, arrived to pick it up, and noticed that my order had not been made.
