Ordered for pick up, was not advised that my flavor of choice was unavailable and was given a flavor at random. Was given no heads up to choose an alternative or cancel the order. Called to try to come to some resolution but was rudely dismissed by employee. Beware when ordering online, best to go in person to know exactly what you’re getting.
If you have an important celebratory cake order, do not place it here. I saw previous reviews warning about this and foolishly assumed my experience would be different. I placed a custom cake order online, arrived to pick it up, and noticed that my order had not been made. I placed an order through DoorDash, I ordered a large ice cream, the charge was $19, and I received this a small ice cream. I called to the store 10 times,nobody answer.
Ordered a coffee icecream cake with Oreos mixed in and unfortunately did not receive what I paid for. Tasted good just was provided the wrong order which was for a special birthday): I assume it was because when I picked up the order the worker (morning of 11/19) seemed flustered and quickly was throwing my cake together and must have forgotten. It was probably an honest mistake, but it appears from other reviews this is common here.
During my visit, I encountered some issues that I wanted to bring to your attention. I asked a staff member about the dates on one of the cakes in the freezer, as I noticed a date of November 9th on one cake. The staff explained that it was the baking date. However, I also saw another cake in the freezer marked with a future date of November 18th (three days into the future), which led to some confusion.
