ZERO stars was not an option. I will update and reevaluate my review when Teri and Cold Creek (AKA TKS Cabinet Co) resolve the issues with my kitchen that I’ve been promised.
Gave a deposit for my cabinets, haven't been able to get ahold of anyone and no one will return my phone calls. Drove up to the showroom today to check on installation, to find the showroom closed, paper on the windows. So where's my money?
We are a granite company who had done couple houses for Teri and she owned us $17,000. She gave us 2 check with no funds and we hired a lawyer and she hasn't respond to our lawyer. Please call me or email and I'm willing to give anyone information.
Last June I placed an order for cabinets. When I received received them I noticed I had 4 18" Wide where I should have had two 36" Wide. Terri swore multiple times she was resolving the issue. Two weeks ago I was told they had them I stock in Houston and I would have them In a week. Now I see all the reviews. There is a special place in hell for people like this. I have contacted Procraft directly and they have found my cabinets I will finally have them up within two weeks. Out another 900 for the job though.
Please don't go to this showroom in Everett. Don't waste your time !!!!!! They messed up my cabinets and delay over 3 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! save your money and time please
