I hired this company to fix an air conditioning issue. They came out many times and tried various things (trial and error) and invoiced me each time for incremental work. I looked up their company license and found out that their license was suspended at the time of service! Do not use this company!
Hired for wine cellar in 2022. Product did not work for more than 2 months at a time. Always an excuse. Owner, Daryl, completely unresponsive. Does not stand by its products. I’d give this company zero stars if i could.
I have been working with Cold Craft for many years now and I trust them to take care of my clients who have very high expectations. The staff is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and effective. The level of honesty is priceless, if something is not necessary they tell you that you don't need to spend the money. Fernando and his team helped us pick and install a new HVAC system for our apartment. In every interaction from introductory visit through installation and city inspection, we appreciated their thorough attention to detail, respect for the space, and consistent communication with us and with each other. They really went out of their way to make sure there were no surprises. Our first time calling on Cold Craft to service our rental property failing furnace that needed to be assessed and/or replaced. Cold Craft was very responsive and quickly sent a tech to the property to review the problem. Being very courteous to the tenant and minimizing impact on her, he was able to verify and recommend we replace the entire unit, explaining the age, efficiency, and danger aspects of the furnace, we agreed to replace it.
