Our first time calling on Cold Craft to service our rental property failing furnace that needed to be assessed and/or replaced. Cold Craft was very responsive and quickly sent a tech to the property to review the problem. Being very courteous to the tenant and minimizing impact on her, he was able to verify and recommend we replace the entire unit, explaining the age, efficiency, and danger aspects of the furnace, we agreed to replace it. Kent and his team are amazing! Everyone on staff is super knowledgeable and responsive to customer needs. They take time to go over the details and explain pros and cons of the various installation options. As a general contractor, what's most important to me is to have a great sub is who shows up when promised and does excellent quality work. I highly recommend ColdCraft for all HVAC work.
Just had a part on my ac replaced. Eli was phenomenal and after inspecting the ac knew exactly what was wrong with it. He fixed it perfectly and in little time. He was very knowledgeable and was even teaching me things along the way. Great service start to finish
