The customer service here is unparalleled! Very happy I decided to take my car here for an AC inspection and recharge instead of your typical chain.
I just want to start by saying this company is very upfront and honest! It's very hard to find a repair shop like this anymore. I am extremely pleased with the customer service from start to finish. They didnt try to up sell me unnecessary repairs and even showed me the damaged parts after the repair. Honest labor rate and very thorough inspection! I am very impressed and will certainly bring any of my vehicles here. Thank you for the outstanding service!
My first five star review was two years ago, but I had to come back to update. These guys go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right, and their customers are happy. They give genuine advice, never push anything, and charge very fairly. Cold Cactus Auto Care is a fantastic local business, and a real bonus for anyone in Tucson! I live an hour to the south and still come back, because I know I can trust them, and they know what they're doing. Highly recommended!
