My wife and I went in there December 2017 and purchased a new car from Melissa Flanagan. She was very professional. She also worked with us on terms and price. We left there very happy with our purchase.
Cold brook sent out mailers with a scratch section where you can win a prize. We scratched it off and our number matched the one for winning a TV. I was wary of if and read all the fine print. I called and asked them about it and they said "the worst you'll leave with is a Walmart gift card and a scratch ticket that could be worth up to $5,000". So we go and pick up our "prize" and it's a $5 gift card and a dud of a scratch ticket. � so annoyed with the misleading mailer I wouldn't want to use this dealership.
