The work is very good, but being an ex employee, who was let go due to illness of myself and husband. The Doctor promised to take care of my dental needs. Then I got a letter saying I was no longer welcome in the office. So much for 18 years of service.
I've been going to CDG since the 1970's, except when I lived out of State. Painless Dentistry is a MUST to me so I trust Dr. Zase, who is a perfectionist and a master craftsman. Can't say enough positive things about the whole staff! We get a discount by paying up front and then get reimbursed from our Dental Insurance. No issues.
All I can say, is this place has very shady business practices. When calling to make my appointment, I advised the receptionist that we have MetLife Dental and I found them through that website. She said she would confirm my coverage with them, otherwise we would have to pay for the services up front and wait to get reimbursed. Excellent Dental Group from the office personnel, dental assistants, hygienist, to Dr. Zase. Wish I had found them sooner, when I started going there my teeth were in awful condition but they gave me my smile back. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental work or currently not happy with there present dentist.
Most comprehensive, caring, and holistic dental care. I'm so very lucky to have had Dr. Zase as my dentist since I was a little kid! Though I have moved an hour away, I always make the drive to Colchester Dental Group.
I've been going to Colchester dental group since I was three years old. They have always made me feel like a family member. The staff is always friendly and the dentists are out of this world. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you for all you do for me !!!!!!! Faith
