RecommendedThe "front desk" staff is professional, positive, and attentive. The "back" staff is extremely talented, kind, and positive. The lounge is a clean, welcoming, and calming space. It is a wonderful experience.
RecommendedRecently I had thought I got Mink lashes there, but the staff was quick to fix the problem (mentioned "false Mink" as just "Mink", leading to confusion on my part) and solved the issue. I would highly recommend them whether you need a full blown spa day, or just need to get your hair done!
