Dr. Ross has been my doctor on and off for over 4 years and has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to help me. She has shown compassion and concern for issues that she isnt even treating even waiting in the hall to give me a much needed hug after some grim news. She cares about me and that counts for everything in this field. She is the best Heath Professional I have ever worked with, hands down.

Seemed like a good doctor at first. She got progressively meaner and disinterested as the business side of her practice grew. Eventually, I felt uncomfortable talking with her as she seemed disinterested in my problems and was quick to blame me for how I was feeling and acting. Turns out my mental health issues were a symptom of a brain tumor. It should have been diagnosed years ago while I was one of Dr. Ross' clients. I will add that it has been years since I have seen Dr. Ross and I sincerely hope her manner has improved.... read more
I've seen many doctors in my time, none as amazing at Dr. Ross. She makes herself available to me, answers my email and phone calls in a very timely manner and is a wonderful person to speak with. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Ross because she's THAT great! When I had moved to California for a year, I stayed with Dr. Ross because I wanted to continue having a 5-star medical experience.
Dr. Ross has helped me so much, and she is available to meet with over the phone which has been very helpful with my busy schedule.
