Worst experience ever. Went over in extensive detail that we needed dryer vent cleaned inside out and outside in. Even gave them the height of the roof so they knew what size ladder to bring. $250 was the quote. Long story short, they show up and blow the vent out from the inside out, didn't go on the roof. My husband asked why they weren't doing the outside and they said it was $50 extra. Used this service yesterday for carpet cleaning for 1 floor of stairs and a master closet. Was quoted $135 over phone before booking (as this is their minimum). Owner *** advised since they are located 45 minutes away they could not provide in person quote (which I preferred) but would come out & complete service. Day of service, the technician was a no call no show. I called owner who sent out another technician several hours later to complete. I hired **** for HVAC duct and vent cleaning for my daughters home while I was out of town. When I returned and discovered the disappointing job, I called *** and asked him to come review the job. He agreed, met me at my daughters home and said the job was appropriate. I spoke with two other professionals who agreed the job was poor.
