We had COIT Minneapolis clean our sectional this week, and it looks like the day we bought it! Henry did an amazing job (as he has done for us many times over the years!). In fact, Henry has been with COIT for 20 years! Says a lot about both Henry and the company!! Thanks!! RJB

Every time I have Coit come out to my home, they do an excellent job. It doesn’t matter if it’s my carpet or wood floors, they provide top-notch service with quality work.
Exceptional care, quality, and effort to make sure the carpets looked brand new again.
Terrible company. Satisfaction policy is a joke. Executive agreed the pictures I sent him of 'duct ckeaning' were poor results and agreed to refund - but is still not coming through after two years! They also lie to better business bureau. No ethics here! I will find the pictures and executives name and post them here especially if they delete this.
Had Coit out to clean vents, including dryer vent. Technician wrote out the bill after completing the job and I asked him if he had done the dryer vent. He said I needed to mention it when I made the appointment. I told him I did and he said he didn't see anything in the paperwork about it. He pulled the paperwork out and there it was. My experience with COIT was quite unexpectedly very good. I did not plan on sending my rug to be cleaned on the day the COIT representative showed up, but I did. I had had a few estimates already and they had drop off and delivery and an extremely reasonable cost. My experience on the rug drop off could have been a little bit better, a bit more coordination and communication. The rug was returned and brought back to my home looking just like brand new again. I am quite pleased with the results and will recommend COIT.
