Confirmed appointment and was very communicative leading up to service then canceled after when 30 mins after the scheduled window started via text. Has not responded to text or phone calls since. I get it, things happen but to basically ghost a customer because you messed up and can't face the music..... Thumbs down

I originally stated Will and his brother did an excellent job. The carpets looked so much better until they dried. By the next day many dirt spots appeared again. I ended up using my Hoover mini cleaner to remove these spots. I am not referring to the carpet areas with excessive wear. The carpet cleaning issue does not detract from the fact Will and his brother. were professional and treated me with respect. My long delay in posting this edit is because it was not until now that I found my original review.

This company is highly recommended. Interestingly enough, I had 8 panels of custom draperies from a client’s home with stains on the bottom. The stains could not be identified and every solvent possible was tried to remove with no success. Rather than continuing the cleaning, they stopped, called and gave me the choice as to whether I wanted them to continue or stop. This was greatly appreciated and I wasn’t charged. Customer Service is everything and they definitely exemplified it with this circumstance.

Very personable and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning grout in both of my bathrooms. I would highly recommend them!

Will and Ben did a great job. They tried really hard to get all my stains out of curtains. They look brand new!!
