Made the appointment online. Got a confirmation email. No one contacted me the day before to tell me a narrower time window, as promised in the confirmation email. No one ever showed, up, and the local phone number rolls to a corporate switchboard which doesn't handle the DE franchisee. Very frustrating. And then I read the reviews. And then, an hour after the 8 to 12 window, I finally got a phone call, at which point I declined.
They did a nice job on my carpets, at a reasonable price. I would recommend them!
