I had an appointment to have my carpets cleaned on Saturday, August 5th from 11am- 1pm. The technician, Tommy (Thomas) called me stating he was running late due to an earlier scheduled job that turned out to be much larger than anticipated. He was able to push my appointment by several hours but kept the same day appointment. Prompt, quick and very professional. Was very efficient and knew his job. Showed us what came out of all our vents. They have never been cleaned before. We were so thankful to be able to finally do this. Highly RECOMMEND them!

This was the first time we hired professionals to clean the carpet in our home. Our carpet cleaner had broken, and we had several pet stains. COIT cleaned our carpets, paying attention to the stains. After a day they were completly dry - time to look at the result. The carpets look great, and the pet stains are gone. We plan to hire them every year, and hope to make use of the discounts COIT has from time to time. We recommend them.
Called COIT with a recommendation from a. friend and becayse of the longevity of the business. We requested an associate to come out to give us an estimate and be ready to clean our carpets. Matthew came on January 18th. He had trouble connected to our hose outside due to winterization. He tried to connect to the washing machine but could not disconnect the valve using his hands or tools.
