Great work! Awesome customer service. They even got the urine smell out of our carpet from some cat messes. Da’Jon was the technician that came out to our house and he was wonderful! He even took time to talk to my three year old daughter who was super interested in what he was doing. Highly recommend COIT!

Recently had an experience with COIT that i wasnt quite satisfied with. Could go into a long story drawn out with lots of details. I will say that though i was not satisfied at all at first, a customer service representative (amanda) reached out to me. After she put forth quite a bit of effort to get ahold of me(far more than i expected) she continued to put forth all the effort she could to make it right. This company does a great job their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Ryan Stinich was out today and did an outstanding job. He cleaned our 3 D tile & regrouted & sealed as well. He explained everything. Ryan is an excellent & knowledgeable employee. We will always ask for him. Coit whatever your paying him its not enough, Ryan is nonstop & does exceptional work!
