They are so responsive and courteous and clean our carpets beautifully. Mason did a wonderful job. I switched from Stanley Steamer and have never regretted it!
Thank you to Amanda and Rick at Coit for restoring my faith in Customer Service! Amanda made an awful situation very right and Rick and his trainee (I am so sorry I am horrible with names) were absolutely wonderful and so very friendly. They also did a fantastic job on my carpets!! Waiting for warmer weather to have my upstairs done. I hope I can request Rick because I am not sure I want anyone else!

My experience with Coit was amazing. I have two dogs and needed some help. Shawn Kovalkevich was amazing and informative on the things I needed to do. My carpet looks awesome and my grout is finally looking better after his visit. Only problem now is keeping dogs away from everything. 5 stars here.
