Coinmeter refused to refund the full amount of money we lost trying to do laundry when two dryers and one of the washing machines we used were not working correctly. My son called about the machines and asked to be refunded and they only gave us half the amount we lost. Beware using their machines!!! I have lived here 5 years and the machines are constantly breaking down. Awful customer service. We are going to a laundry facility off site, that is clean and where the machines are actually maintained properly.
