Great service! They were very responsive and helped us make changes to a tricky reservation when VRBO couldn't do anything. I highly recommend renting from Cohost!
Positives: Very nice overall. Lots of good amenities. Super close to where I needed to be for my conference. Very clean. Loved the coffee maker and filtered water. Easy access to everything I needed including groceries and restaurants. Negatives: The place absolutely reaked of cigarette smoke. I don't usually care that much about cigarette smell, but its honestly potent and very recent. I hope the previous guests were fined. I LOVE CoHOST! Could not be happier with their service and would encourage anyone involved managing short-term rentals to utilize their services.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pine. This Airbnb is an exceptional home and accommodates large groups quite well. It has some very nice amenities, like the elevator, heated floors, multiple fireplaces & refrigerators, a large screen media room, beautiful scenery, etc. There were a few minor things that needed a little tlc, like the hot tub but was definately a pleasurable stay.
