Coho Cafe

4.1

About this business

Striving for upbeat atmosphere, this restaurant features high-color textured walls with a sea-life motif. The substantial menu centers on seafood but also includes chicken and chops. Try any of the fruitwood-smoked meats and fishes, the wood-grilled pork loin chops for example. The menu also includes a long list of "small plates," encouraging the practice of making a meal of several starters. Fresh salads and pasta plates round out the mix.

great time great food – I dine here all the time. One of the best on the eastside. Comparable to a lot of much more expensive restaurants. Great atmosphere (although can be a bit noisy in a lively way) and very consistent food at a high level of quality. My favorite is the Curry or the soba, but the fresh sheets are always in the mix when i decide to order. Love the NW wine list. Staff is charming.

Appetizers were yummy: crab and artichoke dip, was a BIG improvement over typical restaurant artichoke dip, and wood-grilled jalapenos stuffed with goat cheese and wrapped in bacon - yum! They didn't have any spectacular desserts, but I'd go for appetizers instead, anyway. The... read more

Two Times - You're OUT – Ick! After two times of trying this place, we're not going back. Both times, the food has been horrible, portion sizes small and prices too high. Don't bother - go somewhere good!

I would highly recommend this restaurant and In fact I often do. Last night we were shopping in Issaguah and decided to try the Coho there, we had the porkchops and the crawfish pasta, It was wonderful and the porkchops were out of this world, they were smoky flavored and so tender ! Not to mention the bisque and the rock shrimp cakes....yum... and they were very accommodat... read more
