Striving for upbeat atmosphere, this restaurant features high-color textured walls with a sea-life motif. The substantial menu centers on seafood but also includes chicken and chops. Try any of the fruitwood-smoked meats and fishes, the wood-grilled pork loin chops for example. The menu also includes a long list of "small plates," encouraging the practice of making a meal of several starters. Fresh salads and pasta plates round out the mix.

Love the Place! – I am new to the area and one of my friends reccommended the Coho Cafe. I read some reviews online and most were favorable. I am a bit of a self claimed "foody" and typically choose a more upscale environment but I kept hearing about Coho so I thought I would give it a try. I'm Glad I did!! My family and I went last weekend and although the place was packed, the hostess sat us within 15 minutes of checkeing in. We were impressed by the look of the restaurant and the staff was very friendly. I had the seafood... read more
Business response:
Welcome to the neighborhood! We are very pleased you enjoyed your first visit at the Coho and are grateful to your friends who recommended us. We look forward to taking care of you again in the future. I would also like to say that in todays busy and stressful world we are often quick to point out problems but sometimes forget to express our gratitude for a job well done. Positive feedback from our guests means everything to our crew and really makes them proud of the work they do. So from everyone at the Coho Cafe please ex... read more
Since I live and work in the area I visit the Coho quite often. It's always good whether I am there for lunch, happy hour or dinner with my family. My wife loves the stuffed jalepenos and smoked chicken salad. I like it all but my favorites are the ginger chicken lettuce wraps, seafood bisque, and Ahi tacos. The best part is that my kids would rather go to the Coho than McDonalds any day of the week. What parent wouldn't love that? They love the wok seared soba noodles, curry chicken with rice and of course the burger. But t... read more
Friendliest Restaurant in Town – We live and work in Redmond and dine at the Coho's often. Despite the fact that they are always busy, we have never had a bad meal or poor experience. The staff is friendly, curteous and helpful. It feels good when we walk in and the staff recognizes us and treats us like family. Keep up the good work!! Best place to dine on the Eastside.
I don't think my food was cooked to order, and the manager tried to send me away with a replacement To-Go box! – Having lived and worked in the area for the last 5 years, this became a regular spot for me, both for business lunches and for weekend dinners where we wanted something simple and comfortable, and maybe a cocktail or two. The food has always been consistent and pretty good, and I've always been impressed with the prawns (fresh, meaty, cooked well). The place was packed with a 45 minute wait. I ordered off the fest... read more
Business response:
Mgratzer First, let me tell you how extremely apologetic we are that you had to experience this type of food and service at one of our restaurants! No matter how tempting it is to make excuses as to why it may have happened we know there is simply no excuse! We blew it and would like to offer you our sincerest apologies. Second, let me express to you my appreciation for taking the time to write this review. A negative review is never pleasant to read but it does provide valuable feedback into to the nature of the problem and... read more
Great Place for Friends and Family – Our daughter lives in Redmond and each time we come to visit we always go to Coho's. It seems to have a bit of something for everyone. We each try to order a different type of dinner e.g. salmon, cowboy ribeye, chops, special seafood of the day, and then we all share. Everyone has always have great things to say about the freshness and flavor of the food. The waiter(s) are very friendly and pace themselves to the wishes of the customer. The wine selection is extensive and the beer cold. W... read more
Good tasty seafood, great place for a business lunch – Coho's in Redmond is a good staple for business entertaining. Their seafood is always fresh and prepared well - I always enjoy the grilled salmon. The environment is relaxed and sophisticated - I enjoy going there for happy hour or a business lunch. They also take passport discount cards which is great! Parking is plentiful and I've never had a long wait.
Good eats with friendly staff – My husband and I thoroughly enjoy dining here whenever we can. The selection makes it easy to fill any graving you may have and the food is flavorful but not overbearing with just the right blend of seasonings, spices and/or sauce. My husband generally gets the Cowboy Rib-eye or New York Steak but I enjoy trying something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and it's obvious they thrive to make your dining experience special even during their busiest times. Being ... read more
Good menu, affordable prices – We have been eating there regularly, and almost every time it's a great menu (their specials always have at least one or two items that I am having difficult time to decide on), very tasty food, but very uneven service. Really depends on the "crew" working the shift - from very attentive, to having to wait for a while before the food arrives. They serve complimentary bread and oil with balsamic vinegar dip before dinner, and on many occasions for this to come we had to wait or even remind the w... read more
Great menu – I love going here and trying to decide what to have. They have a nice variety of not just your average seafood menu. Everything I've had has been delicious. Good wait staff. Nice ambience.
