I have found Vedic meditation to be beneficial in all areas of my life. I am grateful that I took the step to learn this practice, and I’m grateful that I learned from Alja. I felt welcome and relaxed, and although I was uncertain that I could become self sufficient in my meditation after 4 days of teaching, that’s exactly what happened. Alja’s calm and thorough approach, along with the support throughout and after the course has set me up to continue benefiting and evolving with my meditation practice.

At Christmas time I was able to take the time to learn Vedic meditation and I am glad that I did! I found Vedic Meditation simple to learn and honestly underestimated just how effective it would be.
