Jeremy at Cohen’s Fashion optical in the Palisades Center was really helpful, kind, and efficient. He tightened my sunglasses perfectly. Definitely recommend going to the store!

I am very upset with the service that I was provided at Cohens optical in the palisades mall. From the front desk to the doctor, I felt didn’t know exactly what he was doing. Prescribed a prescription for my contacts that I cannot see clearly out of. I asked for a sample to try out a different kind and he told me this is not a department store which I’m very confused about because I’ve been going to Cohen Optical in New York City for many years they would always give you a sample or two but I recently just moved up here and ... read more
I can't understand all the good reviews here. I used to work in this mall and would come here often. Each time I visited, the woman at the counter was too busy sitting there doing nothing. I walked in today, the 15 sale signs outside the door caught my eye & when I walked in I was greeted by miss congeniality and I looked around and left. I was never asked if I wanted assistance, what I was looking for, I felt like I was bothering her. I should have known better as soon as I saw her so it's my fault for walking in.
