"I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I requested the same features I had on my previous glasses, and was given one price upfront, but ended up paying $700 out of pocket. Despite my insurance covering scratch-resistant lenses, they were never applied. My glasses have been a constant problem-they fog easily and are not anti-glare, and several features I paid for were not included or not aligned with my prescription. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with the service and will not be returning."
