The poorest level of customer service I have ever experienced. The office staff mixed my first name, and from arrival for this 1st visit the receptionist was incredibly rude. There's only 1 chair in the lobby, all the other chairs face the wall. A man waiting in the lobby helped me turn on chair so I could sit, and the receptionist comes out yelling. I had to fill all papers outside in my car. When I returned I gave the papers to now another receptionist. She wanted me to prepay $199 just to see the doctor. When I told her I... read more
The staff were great and friendly. They got me in really fast. Great experience.
Dr. Cohen and his team are always punctual and professional. I am willing to drive 30 minutes from my house and pass many local Cardiologist just to see Dr Cohen.
Excellent staff, and my time with Dr Cohen was very informative. A great experience overall.
Very good ....I give him 5 stars. Upon entering the exam room ... Dr. Cohen would ask pertinent questions relating to your medical condition. I like that he just does not want a simple yes or no to questions he poses ... but really wants to hear how the patient is feeling, his/her medication. Dr. Cohen definitely takes the time to evaluate medically each and every patient he sees.
Upon meeting with Dr. Cohen we were immediate happy with his professionalism, his “Kool 60 and 70” mannerism and style clothes. We were joyfully convinced that he was doctor for me. I am glad I choice Dr. Cohen. He has guided my health with the upmost care resulting in a better stage of health and well-being and has been healthier ever since. Great doctor! Great staff! Five star all around!
My husband and I both go to Dr.Cohen for our cardio care. My husband had to have an emergency procedure. The doctor was right on the button. He dashed to and fro checking to make sure that everything was up to standard. I mean, he was so concerned about my husband. We thank God for him. Do you need excellent doctor? Give Yale Cohen's office a call!
