My sons month was transformed in less than 2 years. Dr Cohen is an awesome Orthodontist and very personable. I highly recommend his practice!
It has now been going on at least 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the Doctor himself or his office. I expressed to them I would like to receive a call back and was told Sonya from Smyrna location would call me back -that never happened. I then called the Dunwoody office and was told the office Manager would be told to call me back and I requested to speak to the Doctor as well as he should know how his staff has a lack of follow through-not a way to operate a successful business or keep patients.
