I went to Dr Barry Cohen 8 years ago for Invisalign and had great results so I went back to Dr Matt Cohen for an updated retainer last year. The metal bar of the new retainer was very uncomfortable and causing trauma to the inside of my lip which I complained about multiple times but was told to keep wearing and it would resolve. It caused permanent damage to the inside of my lips and I am having to do reconstructive surgery. Dr Cohen tried to say the lesions it caused were unrelated and might be cancerous to deny liability.... read more
