I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider rush your appointment? No Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? I made an appointment to see Dr Cohen. I was called 3 times to obtain insurance information. I asked time off from work to see Dr Ira Cohen. My employer was very understanding since I also have patients to see and they had to be rescheduled. Once I arrived my appointment was not scheduled with Dr Cohen it was with a temp podiatrist! The office did not have the courtesy to let me know. When I complained they seemed irritated and uneducated. Dr Cohen needs to train his staff with us patients in mind.
