You are always greeted with a smile, everyone is always knowledgeable, & polite. The staff & office have a very comfortable home feeling that is very inviting. Dr. Madrak is a very knowledgeable professional that is always willing to go the extra mile for what's best for you & your eyes. I drive 45 min to see them & will continue to visit my friends at Dr Joseph S Madrak's office. See you guys soon! God Bless!

Patient of 30 years been going since I was a baby , purchased a pair of glasses which broke two days later. We went to the office explaining what happened , just to be called a liar and that we had damaged ourselves. Offer us 15% off a new pair of frames expecting us to pay another $150 after I just paid $250 . I don't think so ! sorry you just lost a customer of thirty years because of your rude and insensitive staff. To people thinking about going there , Go somewhere else where they care about their patients
My husband & I have both been seeing Dr. Madrack solely, & are very happy with the thorough exams we get. My husband is an insulin-dependent diabetic, i currently have a concussion.... He really took the time to do it right & has a good sense of humor.! Always love my glasses too!!!
I love Dr. Cohen. I needed a new eye doctor when my old one no longer took my insurance. I am light sensitive and he is extremely patient when looking into my eyes and conducting a bunch of tests. He is an amazing Dr. and I am so happy to have him as my Dr.
Dr. Cohen is great with kids! I love that he is taking care of my daughter and she loves going. He is funny and professional and I'm glad I found them. I've been there for 5 years now and I would recommend them to anyone with kids.
Anyone Need an Excellent Eye Dr.? Go to Dr. Madrak & Dr. Cohen in Shelton. Awesome Office. They treat you like a person not like an insurance payment. Never rushed, always taking there time to give you outstanding care, which is something most offices don't give you. I highly recommend them!!!
