Terminated seeing me because I was upset at staff that they did not call in a refill for me. Very rude staff. And, basically, left me out in the cold with no medicine and if it had not been for a doctor friend, I would have been in serious trouble. Then when they did call in the prescription, it was the wrong medicine that was filled.

I would stay far away from this practice. The staff is horribly rude and don't really want to do their jobs. Dr. Cohen has also been known to be a little snippy to patients family members if he has a very tight schedule.
