Terrible, they deserve 0 stars they do NOT attend their critical patients and have over 15 people waiting for a call back into a ROOM! You’re better off suffering alone at home then at this hospital. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. NEVER BRING YOUR CHILD HERE.!!!!!
Child had a recent visit. Dr Rich did the necessary procedure and explained every step to the very anxious family. She also kept us updated every step of the way, and was amazing in explaining all our options. All the nurses, nurse assistants and volunteers were amazing as well. I wish I remember all their names, but shoutout to Caitlyn, Ryan, and Ethan.

I would like to express my concerns regarding my experiences at Cohen Children's Medical Center in New Hyde Park. While many members of the staff are caring, helpful, and professional, there are several issues that I believe negatively affect the patient and family experience. Honestly the worst wait ! My 2 year old has severe asthma came in with heavy breathing at 1:30 am. It’s currently 4:07 am and no one has come to check on him. I had to go to the triage nurses to make them aware he’s breathing heavier and they checked again which was true (he is breathing heavier) still waiting.
