Beautiful place
Wow I was just reading the reviews on this place. I lived here a long time ago with my dad. Seeing the other reviews I guess we got lucky here. My parents have 3 kids and when they got divorced my mom said my dad had to take one to live with him. So that ended up being me when my dad got the apartment on Cohasset St. I grew up on Massasoit Road so I felt right at home here. It's a nice area. I lived in this building for over 2.5 years, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. For the building itself, your neighbors will leave it consistently filthy and break things. Folks sometimes leave their building keys and “donated” used items in the mailroom, making it both unsafe and full of trash. There is a pattern of package thefts, and management refuses to do anything about it, even installing a camera.
