I lived in this building for over 2.5 years, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. For the building itself, your neighbors will leave it consistently filthy and break things. Folks sometimes leave their building keys and “donated” used items in the mailroom, making it both unsafe and full of trash. There is a pattern of package thefts, and management refuses to do anything about it, even installing a camera. Nothing I have ever experienced before, no maintenance, apartments smell bad, sewage smell in building as late as 950 pm when you need a rest. No prompt attendance to maintenance. It is horrible
