Dr. Cohan has been my children's Pediatrician for almost 5 years now. He is very caring & highly knowledgeable of issues & concerns. He has an office team of very efficient & friendly staff, as well.
When my child had pain in his stomach and lump where the pain was that had existed painfully over a year the doctor suggested this issue was a pulled muscle. When I asked if it could be a hernia, he asked how long I had gone to medical school and why I would suggest something like that. 6 months later my son had a hernia repaired and we are no longer with him. This is one of many times instead of listening to me I was dismissed, and nothing was done for care. Unkind and arrogant will not listen to you. Doctor knows best.
Dr. Cohan is a Great Doctor. He sees if the patient can heal themselves and keeps you safe in the mean time. Highly recommend him.
Staff are so RUDE, Dr. very egotistical and insists his way or you can find a new doctor. I wouldn't send anyone to deal with that level of care.. LACK of level of care!!
My children have been patients of Dr. Cohan since they were born. My oldest is 13. I feel like he really listens to me and my concerns for my children. I hope he continues to practice until my children are adults.
Love this doctor. He was my pediatrician when I was a teen and is now my child's doctor. I love how he is straight to the point, down to earth, and doesn't waste people's time. You can tell he cares for his little patients. :)
You'll think this doctor is ignorant in your first visit when he thrusts his "immunization contract" in your face and demands you sign it immediately without answering any questions, but then you discover he will receive $225 per service achieved in the category of “childhood immunization – combo 2" and an additional bonus of $125 if the service falls under a "well child visit". Not ignorant, he just puts money ahead of everything else. Is his taking pharma money good for your health? Avoid!
The people who work here are rude and they keep you on hold for 20 min then hang up on you.. also the doctor is not friendly and his exams are quick. I always leave felling pushed out the door
